They'll teach you how the software is installed and works.
They'll then setup a custom schedule for your recording needs, or they'll copy a standard playlist that our stations already use.
They'll setup a backup task to backup your critical config and schedule files and even show you how to copy the software to other computers for backup or additional machine users (with a site license).
If we find any problems with your computer, sound cards, drivers, etc. we'll help you pinpoint the trouble and get it working - for no extra charge.
