NewsReady for Windows offers powerful and easy-to-use searching capabilities that include pre-built searches that can be edited or deleted, plus the flexibility to create your own custom searches. Each user can have his or her own set of searches.

For example, WireReady includes CATEGORY, PRIORITY, HEADLINE, and TEXT searches by default, but let's say one of the on-air personalities wants to cover the weather forecast each day and severe weather watches and warnings as well. He/she can create a custom search to include stories that only contain weather information for the specific audience.

If another news person doesn't cover weather, but does cover sports news, he/she can create custom sports news searches and each user's computer is not cluttered up with the other users' searches.
