RECEIVER:  Comstream demodulator which outputs to a computer running OS-2 and   
           a customized application from NPR.  The Comstream is a blackbox (notbook       
           size) with a LED display in the front.  Generally on a rack system.  Does not
           require a download but it is addressable by the sender (as far as which stories       
           are received by the customer).

BAUD RATE: Typically 9600 N,8,1 but could be as much as 19200.  Set by the user.

PIN-OUTS: Standard RS-232 straight-through cable.
