If you already have another WireReady product with a service contract, you automatically receive unlimited help for AlertReady for FREE as part of your existing product service contract plan.

For customers without service contracts, additional help, M-F 9-5 excluding holidays is available after the free support ends for $50 per incident with a credit card.

Service contracts include free upgrades. All customers who purchase AlertReady 1.0 will receive 2.0 free of charge via email when it is available.
