Files are self-extracting PKZIP files.  Put the executable in a temporary directory, and run it.   The file will explode into several files.  They consist of MANAGER2 and MANAGER4 files and a README.TXT file.  Customers on any combination of products except CartReady/ControlReady should copy MANAGER2.EXE over their MANAGER.EXE file, and customers with anything including CartReady/ControlReady should copy MANAGER4.EXE over their MANAGER.EXE file.  Before copying over your old MANAGER.EXE we recommend you copy your old MANAGER.EXE into your WIRE\BACKUP directory.  Read the README.TXT file for more information.

IMPORTANT!!!  Read this before downloading!!!
This file requires a password to be extracted, if you do not have a current tech support agreement, you will not be given the password.  You will receive the password by email notification within 2 business days after downloading the files.  Please read the included readme file for install directions.
Note: You can only download an update for the products you originally purchased and are licensed for. These upgrades will not let you use a product that you never purchased.
